Water-activated eyeliner for precise and graphic lines. With a very high pigment content, you can create an intense line, even if your favorite color is something other than black. Also suitable for drawing eyebrows and coloring eyelashes. Matte finish, very long-lasting and pigmented.

Use:

Dip the eyeliner brush in water and swirl it around until the consistency is creamy. It is best to start applying with small strokes as close to the base of the lashes as possible and then widen the line and shape it to the desired result. For waterproof eyeliner, replace the water with Liqui Set fixing agent. When drawing eyebrows, make small strokes between the eyebrows for a natural result. Eyelashes can be painted with a mascara brush, wait for the paint to dry completely before applying the eyelashes. Clean with Hydra Cleanse makeup remover.
