Ben Nye Highlight Pencil (HP-1)

The Highlighter Pencil is a versatile creme pencil that can be used for various highlighting and correcting purposes. Apply it along the water-line to cancel redness and brighten eyes. Use it around the lips to highlight, correct and shape. It’s also great under eyebrows to sharpen brow shape.
