Ben Nye Blood Effects Gel effect gel
A convenient, moldable gelatin-based gel that makes it easy to create 3D wounds, blisters, burns and scars yourself. The parts can be pre-made on a flat surface and attached to the face later with glue.
Use:
Heat the gel under hot water until it becomes liquid. Shape the insert on a palette or other flat surface or directly onto the skin. When cooled, the gel solidifies and can be transferred from the palette to the skin.
Note: If you heat the gel in the microwave, it only takes a few seconds (we don't recommend this method though, as the gel can easily overheat). Be careful not to apply too hot gel to your skin, or the injuries may look too real.
Approximately 30-50 uses per 29ml.
Unscented, not tested on animals.
